【観察記録｜オモイヤリチャン】 オモイヤリチャンの胸の中心には、優しく咲く花が咲いています。 この花は**「自己成長」**を表しています。 オモイヤリチャンを制作する中で、私は一つの気づきを得ました。 本当の思いやりは、まず自分を思いやることから始まるのではないか。 自分を大切にし、心と身体に耳を傾けること。 無理をせず、自分自身を育て続けること。 その積み重ねが、自分に余裕を生み、その安心感が周りの人にも伝わっていく。 私は、そんな循環こそが「思いやり」なのだと感じています。 この胸に咲く花は、自分を思いやることで育つ、優しさの花です。 PROJECT W-0002を制作しながら、私自身もオモイヤリチャンからそのことを学びました。 Observation Record At the center of Omoiyari-chan’s chest is a single leaf, with a small flower blooming from within it. This flower represents personal growth. While creating Omoiyari-chan, I came to realize something. Perhaps true kindness begins with showing kindness to ourselves. Listening to our hearts and our bodies. Giving ourselves the space to grow without forcing or denying who we are. When we care for ourselves in this way, a quiet sense of peace begins to grow. And that peace naturally extends to the people around us. The flower blooming in Omoiyari-chan’s chest symbolizes the kindness that grows through self-compassion.
