AMBITIOUSKUN is a sculptural work from the artist's fictional life-form series. Each piece is handmade using organza, satin fabric, clay, and mixed media materials. Although constructed from soft textiles, the finished surface possesses a hard, almost plastic-like texture. This distinctive quality is achieved through the repeated application of resin layers across the entire body. The result is a lightweight yet highly durable object that combines delicacy with structural strength. To the artist's knowledge, this approach to doll-making is highly unusual, developed through years of experimentation and refinement as an original sculptural technique. This artwork features a special color scheme created specifically for Project W0001. While previous AMBITIOUSKUN works were primarily produced in light blue tones, this edition adopts a plant-inspired green palette to emphasize its presence as a living organism. The color was carefully chosen to harmonize with SUPER BOKU!!!, another life-form within the project, helping to create the impression of a shared fictional ecosystem.
